Man Arrested After Dad Was Followed Home And Murdered In ‘Road Rage’ Row metro.co.uk
A 21-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder following the death of a father-of-two in Nottingham.
Stephen Walsh’s body was found at his home in Mapperley on Monday morning, the day after he was involved in a car crash. Police said the 37-year-old had suffered serious head injuries in an assault at the property on Sunday night.
Neighbours described him as a ‘fantastic bloke’ saying that he answered the door following the collision then was punched in the face.
Mr Walsh, a father-of-two, had only recently moved to the area with his partner and two children. The neighbour said: ‘Stephen was a fantastic bloke, a fantastic father. It is just devastating. It is just something that no-one deserves.
