Manchester City have returned to the top of the Premier League after beating Everton 2-0 at Goodison Park. Aymeric Laporte’s first-half header and Gabriel Jesus’ late goal wrapped up the victory on Merseyside to send City back to the top of the table, ahead of Liverpool on goal difference.
