'Major incident' at Torbay and South Devon NHS Trust – Operations cancelled express.co.uk

A ‘MAJOR incident’ has been declared by the Torbay and South Devon NHS Trust following a “critical” IT failure. The Trust has been forced to cancel all routine surgery and outpatient appointments and is asking people to steer clear of the Torbay Hospital. People have been asked to only travel to the hospital if it is “critical”.
