Tulisa ordered to pay £70,000 to ex landlord over claims she trashed £1m flat metro.co.uk

The 31-year-old was sued by her former landlord Andrew Charalambous, who claims that the N-Dubz star left the formerly ‘pristine’ penthouse apartment in Enfield in an ‘appalling ungettable condition’ when she moved out in 2016. Mr Charalambous claims that he let the flat to Tulisa in September 2014, saying that the property was ‘in tip-top condition and when he took it back it was trashed’.

His barrister Max Thorowgood claimed at Central London County Court that damage to the property included cigarette burns on the carpets and bath, the fridge door being ripped off and the bathroom sink being smashed.
