Fresh off a plane, but far from fresh, I emerge bleary-eyed, parched and jittery at the tail end of a week-long bender in Budapest. I am met at Zurich airport by a tall, impeccably dressed Swiss man who bundles me into a Bentley. I’m on my way to rehab.
