PRINCE WILLIAM and Lady Gaga have spoken over FaceTime about mental health for the Heads Together campaign #okaytosay.In a new clip released this morning the Royal and the pop star took part in the video call in which they discussed how opening up and having conversations about mental health was vital to shatter the stigma which still surrounds these issues.
