Secret plans are being drawn up to lower taxes and cut tariffs to boost the economy in the event of a no-deal Brexit, it has emerged. The secret project, known as Project After, is being overseen by Cabinet Secretary Sir Mark Sedwill and will look at what emergency polices may be needed if the economy crashes after a no-deal Brexit.
