Woman, 29, dies falling from escalator while reaching for twin sister's hat metro.co.uk

Jenny Santos, 29, managed to grab the hat in mid-air and was still clutching it as fell more than 40ft on to a marble floor at around 5.30am on Saturday, witnesses said.
