Worcester Man Held On Suspicion Of Murder Over Missing Teenager theguardian.com

A man has been arrested on suspicion of murder as police continue to search for a teenager who went missing five days ago.

The 20-year-old man from Worcester was arrested on Sunday by police investigating the disappearance of Thomas Jones.

The 18-year-old was last seen in the early hours of Wednesday.

He is thought to have crossed the Sabrina footbridge before walking on to the footpath along the top of the flood defences on Hylton Road towards Hallow just before 3.50am, West Mercia police said.
